Statement on the protection and collection of personal data
We undertake to protect customers' personal data by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users needed to fulfil our obligations; we inform customers about how the collected data is used and regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the choice of whether their name should be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to employees who need it to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Data and purposes
To process orders, we use your name, email, phone number, address, city, postcode and purchase details. These are needed to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you and handle complaints. If you send an enquiry, we also use the message content to respond. Only provide information needed for your request.
Accounts and saved choices
If you use an account, we process information needed for sign-in and account features. The website uses browser storage for your cart and certain choices. Clearing browser data may remove your saved cart and require you to sign in again.
Processing grounds and access
Data needed for a purchase is processed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations associated with sales. Access is limited to those who need it for their work. Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver the parcel; technical and payment providers receive information needed for their services. Information is disclosed to competent authorities when legally required.
Card details
During card payment, you enter details on the Monri page. Kika Pharm does not receive the full card number or CVV. Order records may include the transaction status, amount and identifier for payment confirmation and refunds.
Marketing and your choices
Order confirmation and acceptance of purchase terms do not constitute consent to promotional messages or sharing data for third-party marketing. If you separately agreed to promotional messages, you can withdraw consent by contacting support. This does not affect order processing or communications needed to fulfil it.
Retention and your requests
We retain data for as long as needed for its purpose and for mandatory business-record retention periods. Email online@kikapharm.me to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify your identity to protect your data. Records subject to mandatory legal retention cannot be deleted during that period.
