Website use and accurate information
The kikapharm.me website allows you to browse products and place orders online. Enter accurate contact and delivery details. If you use an account, protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Misuse of the website, fraudulent orders and interference with its operation are prohibited.
Products and availability
Before ordering, review the product description, quantity, variant and instructions. Photographs help you choose; colours may vary depending on your screen. If there is an availability or product information issue, we will contact you to agree on the next steps. You do not automatically accept a substitute product or a changed price.
Prices and order confirmation
Prices are expressed in euros (EUR). Retail prices include VAT. Delivery charges and any discounts appear in the order summary together with the final amount payable. Business customers see the calculation associated with their B2B account.
Before confirming, you can review your cart and correct your details. Selecting the agreement checkbox accepts the purchase terms; confirming places an order with an obligation to pay. Successful card payment depends on confirmation from the payment system.
